About
Arizona Appliance Help is a free information site for homeowners in Arizona. It explains appliance problems and error codes and shows official disposal rules, licensing rules and rebates, each with its source.
Who runs it
Arizona Appliance Help is run by Local Help Stations, a small network of local information sites. It is not a repair shop, does not send technicians, and has no affiliated shop in Arizona. Contact: call (385) 236-4141 or Text us.
How facts are checked (methodology)
- Fees and rules come only from official city, state and federal pages, linked next to each fact and on the Sources page, with the date checked. If we cannot verify something, we leave it out or say so.
- Error codes are checked against manufacturer support pages, linked next to each code.
- Step by step guides and full error code guides are written once by Local Help Stations and shared across the network; each local page links the full guide.
- When two official sources disagree, we show both with their sources and dates, say plainly that they differ, lead with the one that usually applies (normally the local operator), and say who to call.
- When a government site blocks our automated check, we open the page in a browser before publishing the fact. If it cannot be read, we leave the fact out.
- We only state what the source says. When a source is silent, we say so (for example, "the City page does not mention Freon").
- No repair prices are published. We say "call for a quote". Official city fees are shown in the fee table, one source per row.
